RETURNS & EXCHANGES

SHIPPING POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Returnable within 30 calendar days from the day received. Items must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. Items must be in its original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase is required.

REFUNDS:

Once received, items will be inspected and you will be notified on the status of your refund. If approved, a refund to the original method of payment will be initiated. Depending on card issuer's policy, it can take up to several days to receive. 

SHIPPING:

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

If refund is received, cost of return shipping will be deducted from refund amount.
